Shannon Plosser PT, DPT, ATC, SCS
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping women. I earned my undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC). After completing my degree, I pursued an additional year of sports residency at USC to further deepen my expertise.
Having worked with a diverse range of patients—including those in sports, orthopedics, and concussion rehabilitation—my journey took a transformative turn after having two children. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for pelvic floor physical therapy. Drawing on my athletic training background, I now combine this expertise to provide specialized care to women, especially moms, looking to improve their quality of life and get back to achieving their fitness goals.
As a mother of four kids five and under, I understand the unique challenges women face when it comes to balancing health, fitness, and family. My goal is to bring quality healthcare directly to women, especially those navigating the demands of motherhood. I am dedicated to helping women restore their pelvic health and get back to doing the things they love.
